Welcome to HappyBees, all applications under HappyBees are subject to these terms. (“HappyBees,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

means any exported video, audio, images, rendered project,edited file, or other result generated through the Service.
“Subscription”
means a recurring paid access plan offered through the Service.
“Lifetime Purchase”
means a one-time paid purchase granting access to designated premium features for the operational lifetime of the applicable version of the Service, subject to these Terms.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
If you are under the required age, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We provide mobile application services, including—but not limited to—apps and features for screen recording, video editing, audio editing, voice recording, and more. These services are available on supported mobile platforms, including Google Play.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update the Service or any part of it at any time without prior notice or liability.
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.
By uploading or using User Content through the Service, you grant HappyBees a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:
your User Content solely for operating, improving, maintaining, and providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from it.

We reserve the right to review, remove, disable, or restrict User Content at our sole discretion.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the original portions of the Output you create using the Service.

We do not guarantee that Output is unique, copyrightable, commercially usable, or free from infringement claims.

We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
Certain features require a paid Subscription.
Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and features may change from time to time.
The subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payments are processed through Google Play.
You can cancel your subscription at any time on the Google Play Store.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We may modify Subscription pricing at any time.
Price changes become effective at the next billing period.
Certain features may be offered through a one-time Lifetime Purchase.
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the applicable version of the Service and does not guarantee perpetual availability of the Service or any feature.
HappyBees reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or limit features at any time.
Lifetime Purchase grants access only to the features explicitly described at the time of purchase.
All service fees for all apps under HappyBees are non-refundable. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Nevertheless, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe there has been a billing error, such as being charged multiple times within a single billing cycle, please contact us via email within 48 hours. Our team will carefully review each case to determine whether an exception can be made.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HappyBees and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HappyBees operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting.
